MS Project 2003 hangs on open files

Issue 1
In Windows XP sp1 PC, I open MS Project Professional 2003 sp2, it causes
less color and screen relosution.

Issue 2
MS Project professsional 2003 hangs on open files. It can't close by task
manager, so I have to reboot my PC.

Please advice

Hi,

I have tried Remove/ reinstall MS Project, but still When open MS Project
2003, it will reduce screen color and resolution. And it hangs on opening
files.

It only happens in one user's log on.

Please advice
