MS Project 2003 (Server) e-mail notifications

We have setup MS Project Server and everything is working just fine. The only
thing we can not change are the e-mail notifications that are send from the
project server to the recourses.

We would like to change the e-mail notifications en remove the links that
are in the e-mail by default. We also like to send more information to the
recourse, not only the project name and task description (outline level 2)
but also outline level 1.
We can not find any option to do so, please can someone help?
