I have 2 tasks in Project 2003, both of which need to run over the same 6
month period & both of which will require about 20 days work from a
particular resource & in total about 40 days work over the 6 month period. I
don't need to assign the resource to work on particular days. What I want to
do is use project to show this but it insists on blocking all the work
together & if I resource level it just shows 20 days doing task 1 then 20
days doing task 2.
The only way I can see is to count up the working days over the period an
limit the resource to X hours per day. It works but isn't elegant or quick.
Is there a better way?
