MS Project 2003 will not start correctly...

I have an installation of Ms Project 2003 SP3 on a WinXP SP2 machine and
when Project is started, it displays a blank white screen instead of a
new project table. This also happens when i open an existing Project
file - I just get the white screen instead of the default project
display.

I'm not familiar with Project but I have gone through any options I can
find but nothing seems to help.

I have tried reparing, then removing and re-installing Project with no
effect.

An example of the screen is attached.

Any ideas would be great.

since you've reinstalled ... probably something flawed with Windows and
perhaps corruption on the hard disk. Cases like this I run Spinrite and
it fixes the hard disk corruption.
