MS Project 2007 crashes on closing with shared-addin on Vista

I have created a shred add-in for MS Project. The MS Project 2007 crashes on
closing on Vista when the add-in is installed. On debugging I found that the
crash is not because of my code. It can be reproduced by creating a simple
shared add-in in VB. NET pr C#. Do not add any code to the wizard generated
project. Build and install the add-in. Now if you start the MS Project 2007
and close it, MS Project 2007 crashes when closed. This happens only on Vista.

Is it a bug with MS Project2007 or Visual Studio .Net? Is there any
solution/work around?
