MS project 2007 file check in

Can you require (mandatory) the comment field be completed when checking in
files in MS Project 2007?

Sounds like you are talking about Project Server? You'd be better to
re-post on the newsgroup dedicted to this product:
microsoft.public.project.server.

Or, if you are checking in a Project MPP file into something else, then
best to talk with the people who run this service for you.
