MS Project 2007 professional can not connect to Project server 2007

I install Project 2007 Server and professional in a same VM machine.
and create Mrcrosoft Office Project Server 2007 Account, input the
URL(I can see the website by IE, so copy the URL to account manager.).
could you help me to identify where is the problem is?
