MS Project 2007 Std & 2003 Terminal Server

Can anyone help please :)

We have Windows 2003 Terminal server with Project 2000 running on it , I was
asked to upgrade the project version to 2007 so I got the upgrade,

However how do I install Project 2007 is there a Terminal Server Transform
file to do this ? I tried just installing using the Add Remove programs as I
couldnt find a transform but it complained it couldn't run so I had to
uninstall it then reinstall Project 2000
