In the option 'Change Working Time' we have changed the
working time to allow for lunch breaks. What about
morning and afternoon tea breaks? Does anyone know if
there is an option to include tea breaks?

Hello Mandy,
In the Project calendar, you can settle 5 time segments. By default, MSP uses only 2 of them. So you
can divide your day time with tea breaks.

Do you really need to micromanage to that level? Lunch is excluded from the
working time because that's usually unpaid time - I'm on the property for 9
hours total, 8am to 5pm, but I'm only working 8 hours and paid for 8 hours.
But my morning and afternoon break is paid time so even though I'm not
physically working for 30 minutes out of the 8 work hours I'm still paid for
the full 8. If a task is estimated to take one work day to complete, that
estimate already takes into account the time "lost" to breaks and so usually
they can be ignored without any problems resulting.

how and where do you find 5 time segments?

Look forward to your reply.
