ms project - Annoying Speech Recognition pop up dialog

every 20 seconds MS Project pops up an annoying dialog asking:

Microsoft Project can't loadSpeech Recognition files. This feature is not
currently installed. Would you like to install it now?

If I say No - it will keep poping up later as I use the app. if I say yes,
it needs the install cd which i do not have handy.

Anyone know how to help me? Why the heck toes it want speech recognition
files??
