[MS Project] Automatically changing font color when task complete

Can I write a VBA script, if that's what it's called, to automatically
change text color of a task in the event that the percentage complete
goes to 100 or less than 100? I'm not a VBA expert so some tutorials
would be nice.

Your description is a bit vague, so forgive me if I totally miss the
mark here, but you might be able to accomplish what you are asking by
using conditional formatting for a cell or range of cells. Check out
the help files, they should get you started out OK.
