MS Project: Buffer time... How to?

Hi,

I was wondering how I can take into account buffer time in MS Project?

For each iteration I want to add like for example 2 days extra as
buffer... I know there's a way of doing this without changing the
overall end date of the project?

Can anyone PLEASE HELP ME?

Thanks!

I'd need some more detail. What do you mean by "buffer time"? Do you
mean padding durations to allow for unforseeable events? Or schedule
contingency, usually at the end of the project? What "iterations" do
you mean?

Hi Woman in white,

Well, the only way to add buffer time (in the TOC sense of the word) is to
CHANGE THE END DATE of the project (f.i. by adding a Must Finish on
Milestone)
You can then see the buffer by task by inserting the Total Slack column.
