MS Project Custom Fields

There appears to be no way to copy/paste values and descriptions into a
custom field in MSP. I've figured out a way to get the values into the value
field in the lookup table but I can't do the same for the description field.
I'm trying to avoid typing all the divisions and descriptions of the CSI into
my current project (perhaps someone has done this and can share the table?)

Hello Chris,

Have you tried copying the custom field using the organizer? If you
have created a lookup field using the organizer (Tools > Organizer)
brings both the values and descriptions in 2003. I don't have 2007
running currently, but I believe it works as well.

I am running 07 and there is not change here. It works the same in the
organizer.
