MS Project error code 9100?

When my clients try to save a project to our Project
Server the save appears to work but then when they try to
close MS Project they get this error:

Microsoft Project
An exception occurred in the Microsoft Project Server.
Microsoft Project Server encountered a problem with this
error code: 9100. Please contact your server administrator.

Anyone know what this error is or do you know of a source
that I could look to for guidance?

After some investigation, There were more details that
needed to be shared with me. Ultimatly the issue was
cleared up by Q328249.

Now to track down when/why the permissions were changed.
