MS Project in Background

I have what I think a simple problem:

We use MS Project Server and I need ti extract the projects to move them to
another place. I will use a VBA macro that is started when I open a project
that ae doing the work and then close down MS Project

This works but

Q: How do I set up so this will run in the background every 10 minutes?
1. Start Project with this project file that have an macro to extract the
files
