How to send task reminders & other messages to a resource's Outlook inbox
from MS Project? (Example: task 'A' has four resources assigned. I want to
remind all 4 of them that this task is due to be finished tomorrow. can I
send them an Outlook email or task reminder directly from Outlook?)

There is the export the Project file to Excel, then Import the Excel file to
Outlook as tasks. Cumbersome but it works.

If you are using Project 2000 or earlier you can install Project Central
which allows for this feature.
If you are using Project XP or higher, technically Project Server is meant
to handle this functionality.
Lastly you can install the Workgroup add-on on your computer and each
recipient's computer and it may work. This can be found -
