Hello,
I am familiar with creating formulas in MS Project Pro 2003 (associated to
Project Server 2003 SP3).
However, I need to create a formula that basically acts like conditional
formatting in Excel. I need to compare %completes and the current date to
start dates. Again, that's not difficult. However, the formulas I've created
in the past are basically binary when doing a calculation. However, I have
four indicators/statuses that I would like to represent.
I am trying to create the customized formula to be a Enterprise Text Field
so that I can publish to PWA and create a new Project Detail view. I
basically want to capture each task, do a check on percentages and dates, and
according to a pre-set criteria give a graphical representation of where that
task (and summary tasks) fall on one of four options.
Thanks,
Aaron Miller, PMP
