MS Project Pro Indicators column

I have seen several times where there is an envelope and an exclamation point
in this column, and when you mouse over the indicator it says something like
"information for this task has changed please select Publish New and
Changed". But when I try to publish, it tells me that there is no changed
information. Even if I select All Information when publishing, the
indicators stay there. It seems that Project is contradicting itself. Any
suggestions?

Are you clicking both checkboxes -- new and change info as well as project
plan?

I just tried doing this. Some of the indicators wend away, some didn't.

are you using an enterprise template to upload projects which i'm guessing
you are? b/c most indicators aren't bad -- just info...but send me a screen
shot of what it looks like as you do a mouse over and i'll see if i can helo
