MS Project Server 2003 Check-in Project

Hi,
I am using MS Project Server 2003, I have checked-out my two projects and
suddenly I kill the session then Project still is checked-out condition.
When I want to do Check-In these project, I can do this by direct go to on
Project Center link on Web Access--> and then there is left panel click on
Check in my projects.
There are another way to Check-In Project to send a mail to my Administrator
he will go through Admin panel go to Manage Enterprise features and then
click on Check in enterprise projects.
So what is the basic difference between both of ways? Is it equivalent of
both ways to Check-in the projects? and which way useful in which conditions?
Please any one have idea. It will be helpful for me.

Thanks,
Rahul

The first method is self-service, and much faster, since you don't need the
Administrator to do it for you. The second method if slower. Both methods
produce the same result: a checked in project. Hope this helps.
