MS Project Server 2003 - sharepoint question

Can I run MS Project Server with Sharepoint using SPS and not the the
full portal?

Actually, SPS = SharePoint Portal Services, which is an expensive SKU. WSS =
Windows SharePoint Services, that Project Server uses to provide
collaboration services. WSS is a free download for Windows Server 2003.

Sorry, about that. Yes I was confused.So Project Server can just use
the WSS alone, rite
