MS Project Server 2003 SP1 hotfix

hi!!

i've installed SP1 and then started having some problems.. then i checked
this KB http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;838882

i think i need that SP1 hotfix. I just want to know how and from where can i
get that hotfix??? there is no download of hotfix available there.. I've
searched almost everywhere but didnt find one.. so could anyone tell me about
it..
