MS Project Server Customization

We are using MS Project Server 2003. We would like the server to fire an
e-mail when a project manager takes a baseline? Is it possible, if so how?

Out of the box, no. You could do some VBA code in the beforeclose event to
test if the baseline has been saved but it would be tricky.
