MS Project Server setup

After two weeks I finally got the server set up and can access MSProj. Now
Resources cannot see thier tasks. Is there a simplified list of things to
check?

Are your PM's actually publishing their projects using Collaborate -
Publish - All Information? Just because the file extension for a project is
..Published does not mean that the project is published. For a step by step
guide to handling Project Server administrator duties, I would heartily
