MS project Server should allow to set up a project organisational structure
based on resources defined in the Enterprise Resource Pool.
Once resources have been assigned to a project it should be possible to set
up an org structure. With (most likely) the project manager at the top, team
leaders reporting to the project managers and other resources reporting to
the team leaders.
By doing this it should be possible to set up what resources a team leader
can assign task to, approve time for on a project by project basis. This
means somebody can be a team leader with these rights in one project but not
in another.
This feature should support multi level organisations. example: CIO ->
Program Director -> Program Manager - Project Manager - Team leader - Team
member, etc..
