MS project Sever and MS Project Professional

It appears to me that if I have MS Project Server I will still ne MS Project
professional loaded on my desktop - correct ?

If there a server version of MS project professional that would allow one
version to be loaded on a server and based on licenses, allow others to run
MS Project ?
