MS Project Web Access Issue to Project Server

When trying to connect to MS Project 2003 server via Project Web Access (PWA)
or through MS Project 2003 Professional. I have two users that are receiving
the following message:

Project Server Security Logon
You can not connect to the Project Server
http://projectname.domainname.com/ProjectServer because you have not
identified http://projectname.domainname.com/ProjectServer as a trusted site
in Internet Explorer.

To Continue, you should make the site a trusted site in Internet Explorer.

The site is listed as a trusted site but they are still receiving this
message and are not able to connect to the site.

Any help asap would be appreciated.

Issue has been fixed:
The url within the trusted site setting, was removed and reentered from
http://servername.domainname.com to http://*.domainname.com and they can now
access the site.
