Hello Mark,

From looking at your screen shots, I don't see any reason why your
tasks wouldn't be sitting on the start date of the project. There
do not appear to be any links (predecessor/successors) so there is
no reason why your tasks wouldn't just sit there.

It's impossible for us to trouble shoot as we can't tell what your
macro does -- although I'm guessing it may import information from
some system -- an ERP systems is my guess.

I'd suggest starting back a square one -- first find out what the
macro does -- talk to the person who made it. Then I'd start with a
good class or a great deal of reading about how Project works. If
your tasks should be in January, then you need to either create
logical predecessor/successor relationships or you need to
reschedule any work which hasn't been completed to the new date.

I suggest taking a read of Mike Glen's excellent series of articles
on MS Project. You may find his articles linked from:

http://project.mvps.org/mike's_tutorials.htm

I hope this helps. Let us know how you get along.

Precisely WHAT does the macro do? Posting the screenshots is absolutely not
help in troubleshooting your problem. Perhaps you can shed more light on
what the macro does. Let us know and we will try to help.
