Hi,

I just signed up for MS Project Discussion Forum.

I got an email from Microsoft Windows Live ID.

Just curious why. Are these discussion forums free to talk on? It's not like
they want to send me a bill right?

Probably just a confirmation so you could take action if someone signed you
up without your knowledge.
There is no free imposed by the forums.
