MS Publisher - problems publishing to the web

Hi:
I'm trying to publish to the web directly using MS Publisher. I guess I have
a firewall issue, because it is saying not vaild. Do you have any
suggestions? Right now, I'm having to manually upload each image, file, etc.
on the server from my hosting site.
