MS Publisher Text shadow

I would like to change the shadow color of text in MS Publisher. I know word
art can be changed. I also know that you can copy the text and change the
color of it and position it behind your text. This is very time consuming
and even more so if you have the change your text. Can text (not word art)
shadow color be changed in MS Publisher?
