MS SQL Express edition default user id and password

Hi,

I am trying to perform a backup of my project server 2007 which is a
standalone installation as I am only in the evaluation stage of this
product.

I am using this documentation for creating a backup.

I wanted to check what is the default user id and password for MS SQL
Express edition database that gets installed automatically. The blog
says I have to create a database user (login account) but I don't know
how to get in as an admin. Please help.

Just following up on the previous message. Here is the error message I
get when I try to do the backup.

Directory c:\projectserverbackup does not exist or the SQL Server
service account and the [domain\username] service account do not have
permission to read or write to the backup folder. Specify a different
directory.
