MS Support Website does not recognize Product #

I have been trying to access MS Online Technical Support
on another problem.
I enter the Product ID in the space provided, following
exactly as it is listed in the "about" section for the
program. The format is the same as the example, including
dashes and number groups.

The program will not recognize it as a valid product
number (there are no letters in the product ID number).

I know this is a valid product ID, as I purchased and
installed Office 2003 myself.
