MS Sync Services constantly crashing

Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard) Processor: Intel Email Client: Exchange I'm running Entourage and syncing with iCal. Microsoft sync services starting crashing today and keeps crashing (every 2 minutes, and sometimes less), even if I uncheck the option to have sync services restart. I've killed it from the activity monitor too, and it still keeps restarting.

The dialog box I get says: "Microsoft Sync Services has encountered a problem and needs to close..."

You might have a corruption in your database somewhere.
Launch Entourage pressing the Option key down to get to the dialog
allowing you to rebuild your database,
