MS had the audacity to release business contact manager, knowing FULL WELL
that an important issue like not being able to have any business phone show
in "its" field in the customized task folder just really gets me.

I want my money back !!

How could they release a program knowing full well that it had a MAJOR flaw
in it.

I had a lot of confidence at Microsoft, and it just got shot to hell.

If I understand your problem, since the business phone number is stored on
the contact, not the task and task folders only show tasks fields, it's not
expected that the phone number would be visible in tasks views.

Did you try to return it? They have a 30 day return policy you can take
advantage of.
