MS update group?

Can't see a group for MS Update in the list, so perhaps someone here can
advise.

Since changing from Windows Update to MS Update, I have a permanent balloon
popping up at start up, which tells me to update Office and Visio, but it
does not tell me about the security updates for the rest of Windows any
more.

If I go to the website, it searches for updates in the normal way, and today
came up with several security updates for XP for example.

Should I change back to Windows Update?
I normally have auto updates set to inform rather than load direct, and it
worked fine in WU.
