MS update scheduled update

Isn't working. I installed the Microsoft Update and set the automatic update
to run every day at 2pm. It's 2:30pm now and when I went to the
officeupdate.com and checked, it still shows that I still needed to install
about 10 critical office updates.

When I installed MS update, it said it would install updates for windows,
office, and more.

I'm running windows 2000.

Did I miss something?

What version of office do you have?
Or, what different versions of office products do you have?

Sorry, I fergot to tell that part. We have Office XP. We just upgraded
Outlook to 2003. Some computers have Publisher 2002.
