MS update stopped conditional format

I have an Access 2003 report where I have used conditional formatting for one
of the text boxes. I am running Windows XP Pro. The formatting was working
fine until around November 10, 2007. Via various means, I have been able to
determine that it stopped working due to an automatic upgrade that was
performed, but not sure which one. Has anyone else had this problem, if so
were you able to fix it?

Microsoft released a hotfix for some of the bugs that were introduced in SP3
for Office 2003:

Not sure if this addresses your specific issue, but certainly worth a try.
