MS Visio Stops Responding after Copy and Paste of Image

I have MS Windows Vista, MS Ofiice 2003 SBE and MS Visio installed on my new
Laptop. Whenever I copy an Image from MS Visio into MS Word, a block appears
which says that MS Visio has stopped responding. This happens every time.
Afterwards I also lose the "Copy and Paste" functionality throughout Windows
in all applications. I do have SP2 installed for MS Office 2003 SBE.

Any ideas of what can be the Problem?
