MS Word 2000 Bookmarks

I am trying to find a way to keep bookmarks set and stored
as I move from document to document. Does anyone know of a
way to do this? I do not want to have to add bookmark
names everytime for every document. I have about 20
bookmarks I need to add to over 100 files. It would be
great if someone could help me figure out a way to do
this. Thanks!
