MS Word 2000 hangs when save a document

Hej!
MS word 2000 + Windows 2000. When i save a document to flopy word hangs and
I must restart the computer. It works fine when I save a document to local
disc.
Any idea?

Don't save to the floppy, save to the hard drive, copy to the floppy.

If you installed the Windows 2000 Post SP-4 Roll-up, you will need to call
Microsoft for a Hotfix. They are aware of the problem and will be releasing
a new post SP-4 rollup to fix the problem.

I don't have the KB article handy but contact Microsoft Windows Product
Support Services and they will be able to help you. Ask only about this
Hotfix and you will not be charged.
