I use MS Word 2002 with my Dell Dimension 4600 and WIN XP Home. Recently
when I start my computer I get the following message:
"The document "Palmapp.do" caused a serious error the last time it was
opened. Would you like to continue opening it?"
That is followed by this message:
"You cannot close Microsoft Word because a dialog is active. Switch to
Microsoft Word first and close the dialog."
If I click "OK" for both of these messages all is well. But then the next
time I restart the computer I get the same message. I would like to get rid
of it, but don't know how. Yes I do use a Palm Pilot with my computer, so
the file has something to do with that. But I don't know what it has to do
with Word.
Any one have any knowledge of this error message.
