MS Word 2002 - Label Merge - Date field format.

Guys - your help please

I have a data file extracted from SAP with the date exported as English 13/02/2004. The label once merged is displayed as 02/13/2004 ie American format.

Anyone know how to format the Date to English ? - Many thanks
