MS Word 2002 - program closes unexpectedly

Hi, I have Big, Big problem, and I can't find solution.

We have few users, using terminal services. When they are
connecting to our terminal server and opening early made
or new document in MS Word 2002 it unexpectedly closes,
without any warnings, even in the events. There are no
tracks from the error.

We are using windows server 2003, and MS Office 2002(SP1
& SP2 Also there are no new updates)

I even reinstalled my server and formatted hard disks,
but problem remains. (Strange!?)

Need help.
