MS Word 2002 SP-2 Installation

Trying to install SP-2 from update site. When I place
Works Suite CD in CD Drive, it says it can't find the
file wordret.msi. OEM installation and Disk is correct
one and in pristine condition. Any ideas on how to
proceed? Thanks

Hi,

The update site is probably looking for your Word CD, do you have a Word CD that came with Works! SP2 updates office
so it is looking for either office or Word.
