The display for keywords is a small box. If you type words that expand past
the size of the box, you can not copy those words. Please note that the
keyword section is important for knowledge management and search engines, so
having a larger display would be much better.

If I click in the Keyword box, it automatically selects the whole box
contents which I can then copy/paste elsewhere. So this doesn't seem to be a
problem. Does this not happen for you?

Hi Fred,

To add to Terry's reply, if, at the top of the properties band you click the Document Properties down arrow and choose 'Advanced
Properties' you'll have the same dialog that was part of Word 2003.

Also, for a quick kluge to read or edit the full Keywords dialog content, if you go to a blank spot in your document and use
Insert->Text=>Quick Parts=>Document Property=>Keywords you'll get a full page width dialog in your document. If you type in that
object, click away, select it and delete it those keyword changes stick in the properties dialog.
