MS word 2007...

Hello, I have installed MS Word 2007, i am not able to open any documents in
ms word 2007. previously i have ms word 2003. the word document file icons
are not changed to ms word 2007. can anyone pls help me how to open the
document directly by double click as ms word 2007.

Have you activated Word?
And what happens if you start Word & open a doc?

It is telling that the word document is not able to open because of some
permissions restricted. I am coming to say that if i open the ms word, after
that i click on the document is opening. bbut directly if i click the
document, the file is not opening. its coming error. I think some file
extension is missing.. but when u installed the ms word, the document file
all are wil be changed toe ms word icons. but for me showing icon as ms word
component.
