MS Word closes after saving to network

I just upgraded to Office 2003. About 30 seconds after I save a MS Word
document to the network MS Word closes. I then see the errror below in the
event log:

Faulting application winword.exe, version 11.0.6359.0, stamp 40c8b025,
faulting module winword.exe, version 11.0.6359.0, stamp 40c8b025, debug? 0,
fault address 0x0003b1cd.

Source: Microsoft Office 11
Event ID: 1000

Any assistance would be appreciated. Thank you in advance.
