ms word constantly crashing

My office is running about 10 pc's with word. there is one in perticular that
constantly crashes as soon as u open ms word up or use ms word as email
editor in ms outlook.

i have updated all of the patches, uninstalled and reinstalled ms office xp
professional and reupdated it to have newest service pack etc. still crashes.

the ms word crash help menu keeps telling me to just update msword but there
arent any new patches to update.

if anyone knows anything can you please let me know how to fix this problem
its annoying and its only on 1 PC rest all work fine.

the error comes up when opening existing documents or creating new ones.

it just comes up as "microsoft word has stoppped working" - problem has
caused MS word to work correctly. windows is closing the program and
notifying you if a solution is available. solution is to update patches ..
none left...

Please help!! Thanks in advance for anyone who can help me
