MS Word crashing mulitple times a day

Hi all,

I have a user who is experiencing random crashes in MS Word several times a
day. She is using Office 2003 on a Windows XP machine. We have uninstalled
and reinstalled Office and it seemed to be fine for a little while. However,
now the crashing is back. Does anyone have any tips on what I can check to
resolve this issue? I would appreciate any helpful thoughts on this.
