MS word -> Database?

I couldn't explain well what I want to know in English, but I'll try.

I am a math teacher. Sometimes I need to test my students.

So I made math questions and I have used MS-word processor.

It's been almost a year since I begin to make math questions.

Now it's getting harder to manage a lot of math questions.

To make a test paper, I have to choose and arrange math questions with
proper difficulties.

Until now I have done it manually.

Now I feel to need to get some program to do so.

I don't know what should I call such programs (database? ....) anyway I
need it.

If there is such a program, let me know.

Or if there is a way to do so by using MS-word itself, let me know.

Thank you for your kind answer in advance.^.^

uh word isn't a software development tool.. I would reccomend taking a
class on MS Access.

Word and Excel are a DISEASE as a matter of fact
